Show Extras

Electricity, floor coverings, lighting, WiFi, credit card charging etc. are all re-charged by the exhibition venue and costs can go up by 25% after the initial early booking deadline passes. The closer you get to the actual show the more you could be charged and if you forget to pre-book a required service or utility it may not be available at all. We will provide and manage all utilities, including card charging, invoicing and after show sales and customer services, if required.
