Phil Powell. Managing Director
Phil began his sales career selling subscriptions door-to-door, an invaluable early lesson the fundamentals of sales and service. He quickly progressed to become a Sales Executive in the Consumer Electricals industry; reaching a managerial position before accepting a role in a prominent Recruitment Consultancy. This allowed Phil to diversify his experience into the personnel management arena.
Having obtained a broad knowledge of both Consumer Electricals and HR Management; Phil fulfilled his ambition of starting a blue chip Consumer Electrical retailer, marrying the core elements of e-commerce capabilities with traditional customer service and face-to-face sales principles.
Phil’s daily activity revolves around managing SterlingDaisy where he relishes the challenges of working alongside other businesses.
Sean Derbyshire. Director
Sean’s Logistics Management career began within the Operations Departments of the Airline sector.
